Our credo.

The Soundhouse produces the unmatched fun of creating music with others by providing opportunities to:

  • Collaborate with other committed musicians and forge life-long friendships.

  • Perform for large audiences.

  • Document progress through technology, including audio and video recording, while mastering studio techniques.

  • Be motivated by the world’s very best artists and educators.

Rehearse with the best.

Soundhouse members rehearse with other like-minded, committed musicians every week. Sharing a passion for music and dedicating significant time and energy to their art fosters lifelong friendships among bandmates.

Performing and touring.

The musicians in our Contemporary Music Program perform frequently and in a variety of settings – from club stages to world-famous concert halls such as Carnegie Hall and the Apollo Theater. Past trips have included every major US city and international destinations like Switzerland, Cuba, Italy, France, Sweden, China, Germany, Croatia, Spain, Canada, Mexico, England, The Netherlands, and more!

Musicians also have the opportunity to perform for a global audience through our Soundhouse Virtual Concert Series.

Recording and technology.

Soundhouse bands capture their performances in the recording studio and on video. These recordings document the musicians’ achievements and allow them to share their music with the world! We embrace the latest in technology to maximize the music experience.
